Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting, which specializes in the appraisal of high end Hamptons' real estate. Formerly
a senior appraiser at the prestigious Miller Samuel appraisal firm in Manhattan, he was praised by Jonathan Miller, president
of the firm, as "a hardworking professional who has a wide array of valuation experience and extensive local market knowledge".
While growing up in Southampton Town, Patrick worked with contractors and builders.
His knowledge of the physical and financial sides of construction led him to manage multiple residential construction sites
in the South Bay area of Los Angeles, California. He also has extensive high-end sales experience in both Manhattan
and the Hamptons.
Patrick's extensive knowledge of the market area is augmented by the fact that he calls the Hamptons his
home. He is proud to have returned to his roots and is happily raising his own family in this beautiful region.
